Delivery Options

  1. Standard Delivery: Estimated 1-3 working days. Postage and packaging is ยฃ4.95, expect for delivery to the Northern Island, Highlands and Islands
    • FREE Delivery: On orders over ยฃ50. Available to delivery addresses in Zone 1 only (see Delivery Regions Guide).
  2. Next Day: Estimated next working day subject to receiving your order before 12pm. Postage and packaging is ยฃ9.95. only available to delivery addresses in Zone 1 (see Delivery Regions Guide).

T&C’s: Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will not be dispatched until Monday, excluding Public Holidays.

Next day delivery and free standard delivery only available for dress up products, to delivery addresses in Zone 1 (see Delivery Regions Guide below).

Active Learning Delivery

Delivery charge of Soft Play, Early Years Equipment and Technical Nursery Products vary based on weight classification. The postage and packaging is ยฃ10.00 per item to cover the size of the consignment. See product page for estimated delivery time.

FAQ’s

Changing My Order

Contact us before the cut off (2pm) on the same day to change your order. We will be able to change your order unless it has already been collected by our courier.

Tracking My Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email from the courier. Please check your Junk email. If you have not received an email, contact us by email for your unique tracking number.

Will I pay import duty and tax?

This will depend on your country of residence. If unsure please contact your local authorities

Collecting Your Order for Free

To collect your order from us you can find our address on the Contact Us page. We are also on Google Maps. You can pay on collection or pre-order online and select the Collect from Us option in your basket.

Will my order get sent out the same day I order?

Stock items – YES if you’ve ordered one of our lovely costumes they are already in stock and your order will go out the same day that you order as long as you made it before the cut off!
Our cut off times are before 2pm Monday to Thursday, and before Midday on Friday.

Non stock items – NO some of our soft play products are made to order so I’m afraid you’ll have to wait whilst these are hand crafted in our workshop. Please consider the lead times given on the product page when ordering.

Payment

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay

Secure Payment

Fully secure. All your payment information is encrypted by our payment gateway Stripe.

When is Payment Taken

In most cases immediately. In some cases, especially with Paypal, occasionally extra checks are taken which may cause a delay.

Having Trouble Placing an Order

Firstly re-check all your billing and payment details. If you are still struggling contact us by telephone or email, or request a callback.

Returns & Refunds

We will refund in full goods returned within 28 days of receipt in respect of faulty materials or manufacture. Refunds will only be given after items are received and inspected. No refunds will be given in respect of damage caused by misuse or wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For refunds in respect of perfect goods, upon receipt and inspection we will refund the full value of the [unworn] item, not inclusice of the delivery charge.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery method for proof of delivery.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing, via E-Mail, or by telephone, before dispatch of your goods.

Under Delivery

In the unlikely event that an order has been short delivered, you must notify us either by E-Mail within 24 hours of receiving your goods, after which time we cannot guarantee fulfilment of your order.

Privacy and Security

We will only use the private information collected from you for the purposes of processing your order and keeping you up to date with new products, developments and special offers. We will never disclose your personal details to third parties. Please contact us if you wish your details removing from our mailing list.
