Welcome To Pretend To Bee!

We wanted to divulge into a topic we take very seriously and hold close to our chest.

When we decided to open the doors to retailing our exciting ranges of Dress-up costumes, we had a few main goals in mind and those goals have never changed since that day.

Creating High Quality Dress-up that is made to be re-used again and again.
Empowering learning through play.

We set-out to produce products that capture a Childs imagination through the very thing that they enjoy the most…playtime! While some may see playtime and learning time as two separate entities, it has been studied that children learn at a much faster, easier, and unique way when learning is encouraged with the simple act of playtime. Having this in mind, we opted to create a diverse range of dress-up that covers many unique themes. From Awesome Animals, to Historic Vikings,Healthy Habits, and even Occupational dress-up. Just to name a few!

We take enormous pride in knowing we craft each and every one of our products with love, care, and the ability to re-use the product again and again, without the need to shop for another cheap, and fast garment. Our Dress-up collections are well made, using durable fabrics with the key emphasis being that they are easy to wear, can be re-worn at any time, and have safe openings, fastenings, and velcro straps, depending on the costume. We wanted every child from the age of 6 months, to 11 years of age to feel comfortable in our products.

To explain the process a little further, our great quality costumes are hand picked by our small but dedicated team and consist of a wide multi-themed catalogue to fit any party, adventure, or even story time such as World Book Day!

Our Ethos and mission are to create quality products that encourage a child to expand their learning capabilities and explore their imagination while interacting with any learning tool at the time. We continue to do this by meeting the requirements of both customers and children during their journey through core development at a young age. The customer journey is key to our mission at Pretend To Bee, with each step of the journey being as smooth as can…bee!

We want each customer to feel cared for, appreciated, and feel comfortable in contacting is in the unfortunate event that we haven’t met your requirements.
